Let me tell you about MY Jesus!

MY Jesus is more than a man in the sky or a man who walked the streets in sandals thousands of years ago.  He's more than words on a page or a name taken in vain on in a tv series. He is my absolute BEST friend!  He is my Father, my sanity, my foundation & confidant. He is just as alive today as he was in the Bible-days & he still heals the sick, comforts the broken hearted, forgives the worst sinners, gives peace to the anxious, pursues the lonely & is the biggest gentleman I have ever met. If it were not for the Lord, I would not be alive today!  Although I gave my life to Him years ago, I still fail Him daily.  If it were not for my daily-personal relationship with Jesus Christ, I could not have gone through the things I've had to go through in this life.  I look forward to the day when I can wrap my arms around MY Jesus, look into His fiery eyes & tell Him how deeply in love I am with Him.  He is my every heartbeat & breath in my lungs.

I have included some fantastic info. below for anyone who is interested in getting to know this Jesus more & even letting Him become YOUR Jesus!  Please reach out to me & I would love to pray with & over you!  There is nothing more important in this life here on earth than living for Jesus Christ.  He loves you more than your human brain can even comprehend. You.are.His!!

Overview of the Plan of Salvation

The plan of salvation is a central theme in Christian theology, outlining how individuals can attain salvation and eternal life. It is rooted in the belief that all humans have sinned and fall short of God's glory (Romans 3:23). Here are the key components of the plan:

  1. Need for Salvation: Humanity's disobedience to God, beginning with Adam and Eve, introduced sin into the world, resulting in spiritual death and separation from God (Genesis 3). The consequence of sin is death, as stated in Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

  2. Role of Jesus Christ: God provided a solution through Jesus Christ, who lived a sinless life and offered Himself as a perfect sacrifice for humanity's sins (1 John 2:2). His death on the cross and subsequent resurrection are central to the plan of salvation, demonstrating God's love and grace (John 3:16). Jesus' sacrifice allows for the forgiveness of sins and reconciliation with God.

  3. Faith and Grace: Salvation is received through faith in Jesus Christ, not by human works or merit (Ephesians 2:8-9). This grace is a gift from God, emphasizing that no one can earn their way to salvation through good deeds.

  4. Repentance and Acceptance: Individuals must acknowledge their sinfulness, repent, and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior to receive salvation (Acts 2:38). This involves a personal commitment to follow Christ and live according to His teachings.

  5. Eternal Life: The ultimate goal of the plan of salvation is eternal life with God. Those who accept Christ and live righteously will be resurrected and judged favorably, allowing them to dwell in God's presence forever (Revelation 21:3-4).

Tbecome Christian, you need to recognize your sin, repent, believe in Jesus Christ, and confess your faith.
